65L ZULU Pack Review -  (Scroll down)

May 2nd, 2016

We are a team of four thrill seeking, adventure bearing, 4Runner enthusiasts. Our team wears Gregory backpacks because quality gear matters most to us. We travel to remote locations to 4Wheel, hike, climb, bike, camp, and photograph our vehicles so we need a backpack that can outlast the weather, travel on our ladder and roof rack, and help us complete the journey.

Our review on the ZULU 65 as we toughed it up through the back trails of western Colorado. Ambassador and Team member Andrew DeVaney and is 00 4Runner took it to the test.

The Gregory Zulu 65 is one of a kind, I have never been so satisfied with a pack before. This is a top-of-the-line pack in the way that it combines its durability, light weight, and comfort. Despite the general fulfillment of the pack, it comes with many amenities that really set this pack apart from others. Despite what it appears, as a smaller sleek looking bag, the Zulu 65 has a lot of room for extras and is perfect for any 3-10 day trip. It comes with stretch elastic side pockets for water bottles, Trekking pole attachment system with dual-sized loops which creates a lot of different room for tools and attachments, also the upside down U zipper makes it very efficient for quick packing and unloading, and lastly it comes with a built in outer rain cover which is even great for night time dew protection.

When it comes to pricing this is one of the best bags, bang for buck, and has a very polished look. Even for the average eye, you can tell there was a lot of attention to detail when it came to the looks. I love my Gregory Zulu 65 and use it for everything; climbing, camping, backpacking, or even my travels around the states or overseas. Thanks, Gregory for the stellar pack!
